When going through the KYC Process, the screen which asks for your document ID- means the Proof of Identity document number. On a passport this is usually the long number printed across the bottom.

If you cannot find an exact match to your profession on the list of occupations you are able to select when providing your details for account opening, please select the profession nearest to yours. For example, a particular level of seniority is not provided (Senior Business Consultant – you can select Business Consultant).

A Tax Identification Number or TIN, is the number that you provide on your tax return or identifier to the tax authorities in your country. For an individual, this is usually the same number as your Social Security Number.

If you would like to change your name further to account approval, you should send a email to “info@usunpay.com”
Translations to the Name or Address input you have given, must match the Proof of Identity or Proof of Address documents you have provided.
If you would like to change your name or address details, you must provide updated documents to evidence that your name or address have changed.

Many precautions are taken around the security of our system like constantly monitoring and looking out for any suspicious activity. In case of fraud, the company has the ability to reverse and block payments.

We take your security seriously. Usunpay stores personal information in an encrypted database on our servers. We will take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

If Pre Paid Debit card is lost or stolen, cardholders shall immediately report loss to Customer Service Center. At the time of reporting of loss, customer service officer shall verify ID information of cardholders and Pre Paid Debit card use information. Then the funds in the Pre Paid Debit card account will be frozen. After successful reporting of loss, cardholder may apply to the designated shops for re-issuance of the card. After successful re-issuance of card, the balance in the lost Pre Paid Debit card card account will be transferred into the new Pre Paid Debit card card account. Reporting of loss and re-issuance of new card will incur certain expenses.

It’s possible to transfer your funds back to your Usunpay account by contacting us, but please be aware that  the normal transfer fee applies and depending on the nature of the transaction, an additional administration fee may be applied.
